Essential oils from different plants have been used for therapeutic purposes for hundreds of years. The Spanish School is the oldest of all Aromatherapy Schools. In the 9th, 10th and 11th centuries, the art of perfumery and cosmetics was born in Spain, where wise men and scholars from all over Europe traveled, entering through the Camino de Santiago, to learn from the Spanish alchemist masters. They stated that essential oils are the soul of plants, their most luminous and energetic part. According to them, the effectiveness of aromatherapeutic treatments depended on the purity and quality of the essential oils. Continuing with this ancient tradition, Adalan offers in its aromas and bath oils, the maximum purity and quality, synonymous with healing.<\/p>\n

How are they used?:<\/p>\n

As therapy: It is opened in the room at night to breathe it while sleeping (in the morning it is advisable to cover it so that it lasts more than a year). The oil it contains evaporates very slowly, as it does not contain solvents or alcohol. During 6-8 hours of sleep a day, the body takes what it needs from each aroma.<\/p>\n

As an air freshener: To keep the environment permanently clean and pleasant. It is left open in any space, in this case the duration will be 6 to 8 months, constantly open.<\/p>\n
